Jim Dushek
Operations Manager

Jim is our Operations Manager.  Jim has a degree in Finance from University of Wisconsin – Whitewater.  He joined Harbour in February 2000 as a Commission Processor.  As an Operations Manager, his daily duties include the supervision of Commissions and WealthServ Investments.

   Along with Aaron Hager, Jim helped to implement our WealthServ Investments system.  WealthServ Investments is an all-in-one back office and rep office support system.  Jim continues to review new software to keep Harbour in stride with larger broker dealer firms.  He reviews Harbour financials, provides representative and assistant training and follows up on your commission and Wealthserv questions.
