Doug is an Executive Officer of Harbour Investments, Inc. and a
member of Harbour's Senior Management team. Doug is Vice-President
of Corporate Development. Doug has an MBA from University of
Wisconsin –
Madison, majoring in Marketing and International Relations and a Bachelor
of Science degree from University of Wisconsin – Stout, majoring in
Management. He joined Harbour in March 2005 bringing more than 18
years experience in the financial services industry,
including 10 years

in banking and 5 years in retail as a registered
representative.
