David Rosenow

Director of Compliance

David is an Executive Officer of Harbour Investments, Inc., and a member of Harbour’s Senior Management team.  David is Vice-President of Business & Product Development.  He attended the University of Wisconsin – Madison, majoring in Economics.  David joined Harbour’s Direct Business team in January 1999, bringing 13 years of experience as a registered representative.  He was named Director of Compliance in 2004.  Prior to his positions in the securities industry, David was a partner in a dairy operation for 10 years.

As Vice-President of Business and Product Development, David is responsible for the Sales & Marketing Department, working directly with representatives, wholesalers and key relationships with our partner companies.  His knowledge and prior experience, coupled with his social approach make a good fit for his position.  The Sales & Marketing Department was created to benefit the representative, offering training, Continuing Education, regional meetings, the Annual Marketing & Compliance Conference, incentive trips, etc.

David is also the Director of Compliance, working closely with the Chief Compliance Officer to provide overall compliance supervision and establish and maintain compliance procedures.

 Licenses:  Series 7, 24, 63 and Life, Accident and Health Insurance
