Aaron is part  of Technical Support, working primarily with Advisor’s Assistant (client management software) processing and support.  Aaron joined Harbour in July 2005 and graduated in December 2005 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Economics at University of Wisconsin - Madison.

The first few hours of Aaron’s day are spent downloading files into Advisor’s Assistant to keep the data current.  The rest of his day is dedicated to maintaining the system and support and training for representatives and assistants using Advisor's Assistant.   Aaron can answer your Advisor's Assistant questions, whether it is a system problem or running the report that fits your needs!  As we move forward, Aaron will act as our WebOps coordinator,  providing training and support for  representatives and  assistants.  (WebOps software gives representatives the capability to connect to Harbour's back office software to view their orders, commissions,  statements, etc.)
